I think you may be right. TER might have to withdraw offer. for TER holders sake I'm hoping ASIC just wants them to update the offer document with latest half yearly financials and nothing else. If there is selective disclosure or misleading conduct then I hope ASIC forces TER directors to resign.

However you should also remember that 2 of your major holders just want the hell out of UNV and if they decide to sell on market - you are potentially going to see a decimation of SP (they may not too)
