not sure if they could pay a 1c dividend now as its based on just under 50% net profit payout ratio from memory? With a small profit id imagine theyd hold off on a dividend and avoid doing like ter who have been milking the cash pipe in contrary to profitability.

i wonder how long until clarity will be given ? I'd imagine we mighr not get a response until end of this week at best given TER are waiting for legal consideration?
