    I agree too - its destroying value for both. A more amicable merger would probably have been better. However TEr alluded that board was swatting away any merger/takeover talks and they had to make a hostile move.

    TER shareholders who forked out millions at 58c capital raise would also be wishing this nightmare to be over...
