Where did they allude that? My memory of some of the statements was that TER hadn't even communicated with the board.

In the past UNV have been open to exploring takeover opportunities, even when a specific offer has not been on the table, just an expression of interest so if TER have stated that I would suggest it is most likely spin to try to make themselves look better.

Have a look through the previous takeover attempts of UNV over the years if you don't believe what I'm saying.
