not sure where you got 54% but today's ter announcement on asic stop order quotes 52.5%? The last takeover offer update said 53% voting rights so this implies they've gone backwards 0.5%? Or at least not moved?
am i missing anything. It is 52.5% acceptances aka nothing at all has changed? Again unv holders can hold for little downside .
