It'll get done. The offer will fall away less than gracefully.
To all UNV holders - the sooner this offer is dead and buried the sooner our SP won't be articially depressed and we can lose our TER posting friends who, no matter how hard they try, cannot be objective and unbiased. They pollute all our threads with what they believe to be intelligent and subtle propaganda. W1 and BB yes I'm mainly thinking of you as I type.
When all is said and done you can go home to your TER threads empty handied because as you can see the take ups by UNV holders is underwhelming. God loves a trier though right.
This whole debacle is just pathetic. I can't wait to see what ASIC have to say after hearing TERs response.
