The ups and downs of market trading/investing - win some, lose some. It has been said that it's not necessarily the 'timing' that matters most but rather 'time-in' that can make a difference. Most 'honest' investors have made mistakes (some big) and lost capital and then have hopefully recouped some such losses elsewhere or just simply got out altogether but not all brag or otherwise about it. In the event of losses, not much point in worrying about spilled milk - that lesson some find hard to learn - a typical case in point right here on a daily basis multiple times.

TER fell back from it's highs but at least it will hopefully pay dividends that over time will help - can't help if one sold out nor will it help by clogging up with remorseful or ridiculous posts that are rarely coherent. There are many other stocks that have suffered major falls too and many don't pay dividends to cushion falls.

As for TER's sp, (as indeed with other companies), it will do as markets dictate - move up or down, not happy with it being down either but it is what it is - one can never tell but it may be a lot higher in 12-18 months time. (were that to happen, there would be clogging posts re regretting to have sold out).

Meanwhile, looking forward to the dividend announcement though don't expect the level to be as much as the last - will be pleasantly surprised if it is and humbly take it if it is less. AIMO
