Put the capital to use, do something, something different, buy something that is making money, continue dividend steam.
BA has a mine life my suggestion 5 years (bit harsh) - use it now.
Then we will see PE multiple increase from 1-2 to boom times 4-6 times.
TER has a excellent executive and management team.
Forget about this ASIC crap its a shack down plain and simple, from both ASIC and the wounded whistleblower. I cant believe this crap, go hard TER.
