Not that I'm downramping. I thought the price was stabilising at 59cents but it fell again to a sharp decline. I think the price will go a bit lower. How much, who knows. For now I'm watchfully waiting to buy in to maximise the units I can buy. I intend to hold the full 8 years+ to maximise dividend income. At a conservative 20 cents p.a. I'd have covered my entire capital within 3 and a half years with the rest pure profit thereafter. The divvies that I do get paid, are buying other divvie stocks for diversification.
