From my perspective, TER only makes money from BA, which is a big exposure. They need to bin the SA assets and buy another mine or two to reduce risk to the company. I actually think paying out big dividends whilst they really have no plan for the future is a mistake. Put that money to work buying other assets that can make more money. All whilst being debt free.
