Who knows what its it worth today.
As at 31 Jun 2022, the Carrying Value net assets of the operation (per Note 12 of the 2022 Financial statements), was $112.7m. So 49% of that - $55.2m.
When TER acquired their share in UNV back in Mar20, 3+ years ago, they estimated the Fair Value of the net assets was $212.7m. So 49% of that - $104.2m.
Business sell/buy at the Fair Value.
