TER is debt free now and cash in the bank so this will take huge pressure off the company, profit margin will be higher without the need to pay interest on loan.
Also coal supply will be limited as next to no new supply. I would prefer the company build their cash reserves rather than paying dividends, this would stabilise the share price as the company approaches cash holdings close to market cap.
