most of the shares Bonython Coal acquired way back in Jan18 for $0.215 /share. by the end of Jun 18, Bonython had 55 million shares. by Oct20 the company had 78.8 million shares or 10.4% of the company - shareholding is the same in 2022 annual report. not sure when and how much it paid for the extra 23+ million shares, i wouldn't be surprised if it was part of the jun 19 offer at $0.58 when TER issued 60 million shares.
pretty impressive return if it is bonython coal selling considering they would have received $0.275 / share in dividends.
