If profits are made, the sp should run up again prior to another divvie - meanwhile, some divvie cash and franking tax help for later in the year. Sp downward movements are never pretty if needing to sell or if missing a high point - but perhaps good for buying. Happy with the upcoming divvie - almost 10% ff at current sp price - surprised at sharp sp pullback - the whiff of a court case doesn't help.

TER did bounce back up between $0.85-$0.90 a short time after the 23-Nov-22 ex dividend, the coal price also increased 25% from Mid Nov22 to early Dec-22. As you mentioned, it even went over $1.00 a short time ago in Jan-23. But then if you look back to Dec-22 and to Mid Jan-23, the coal price was still trading fairly high (US$400/t +/-US$20). Since then, we have seen as you said a fairly savage fall back, just like the coal price (now below US$200/t).

I still think we will see the share price in the 60's Wednesday unless some amazing good news comes out between here and then. Can we expect an increase in the coal price at the end of the week?

Agree the legal proceedings news won't help and we simply don't know what the ramifications will be. Additionally the coal price seems to have stabilised, which is both good news and bad news, at least it isn't dropping significantly further.
