1.Is Terracom coal documentation correct, what changes were made, and why.
2. Is the current documentation that has recently left port correct.
3 What action will be taken as a consequence of the regulators investigation.
4. Could Terracom future exports be at risk
5 Could consumers financially penalize Terracom if the documentation is fasle.
Incorrect documentation would bring the Australia industry into disrepute and have far reaching consequences.
