It was 10m shares COLLECTIVELY that they sold. Its pretty clear in the releases but that doesn't suit your narrative.
The 3 directors all own an investment company that the shares are held in and because each of the 3 are directors, all 3 had to make individual declarations of the shares sold. Its all there in black and white, shares held prior to transaction, shares held after and it equals 10m collectively.
