OCP were one holders of the Euroclear Bond. Per the chairman of TER (somewhere he mentioned it in an interview), they sold their holding at the time as its there policy to hold shares in companies that they have leant money to. Once the Euroclear Bond was paid, they sold their shares, this happened sometime in May-22.
OCP also had another facility with TER, the US$20m Convertible Note. OCP recently exercised there right to convert the US$20m to shares (approx 39 million shares). This only happened on 16 June 2022. As far as we know, OCP still own these shares.
