Federal Labour leader and Treasurer have said no new taxes. However can they resist a super profits tax? Possibly as Albo will remember the bad effect on the Rudd government. However I rate it 50/50 myself.
a 25%~ average royalty plus say 60%~ super profits tax wouldn’t leave much for Ter.
Guessing this is part of the reason Ter is on a p/e multiple of 1~ along with the pariah status of coal.
