While it's not binding for the Directors or the Company, it sends a clear message. When we get the chance at the end of October, the best we can do is vote AGAINST on resolution 1 "Adoption of the Remuneration Report" to give the company its second (2nd) strike. Last year, 57.49% voted AGAINST to give the company its first (1st) Strike. This 1st strike alone should have kicked everyone into gear, but it hasn't; I expect more to vote AGAINST this year. As a guess, I believe we'll see some resignations before then.
