the remuneration vote is just a slap on the wrist for companies like this. sure it is 'bad publicity', but when they all stand for re-election, they will likely get voted back in again as most of the current BOD are made up of major shareholders or their nominees.because Bonython Coal don't provide the Substantial Notices to Terracom.
