No way this is heading back north from 0.20 without a serious long-term strategy that they disclose to the market. Sure, TER will bounce up and down from 0.20 but if we are to see a sustainable longer term move to the upside then we need more than divs and an improvement in coal prices. I agree 100% with that last post from @bat14
