Really for a company like this, there isn't much to think about.

1) Run BA into the ground and pay dividends along the way. (Along with Selling SA or whatever).
2) Sell TER to the highest bidder and cut and run

I don't really see many other options that are feasible based on where they are at. The fact that nothing feasible is coming out of this company for quite a long time now is worrying. (i'd love to get back in for the divs, but no way am I expending money right now on it). As for another comment of the SP being 85 cents at the end of the year. There is little to no chance of that...
