The company and of its stakeholders needed to be listed on both sides as Plaintiff, & Defendant.
The TER as a defendant has to prioritize the best for the co and that may be at the cost & not represent ALL its stakeholders.
Only flicked first couple of pages as .... law can be so bias with need, and an ASS. Another rich extension over poorer power.
As if not all markets CORRUPT= even the gov housing fund using dominating margin plays...
