W1, the tax isn't being wiped below $150 but adding additional royalty payments. With the government trying to cash in on the sky high coal prices by adding three extra tiers.
I believe very short sighted, and is pretty much a cash grab and they believe it's not going back on their promise which they made to Queenslanders because they have changed the word tax for royalty.
