"Stephen Dumble was chief Operating Officer at Linc Energy a year or so ago and is quite familiar, from the inside, with the Tersea asset.

He then moved to the position of Asset President at BHP Mitsui Alliance, where he is in charge of BMA's metallurgical coal production."

PB was spotted walking down Lonsdale Street Melbourne yesterday and he was not coming from the Myers end.

Okay guys the hold up at LNC and I am guessing here!
This is pure speculation and NOT to be taken too seriously.

The tender process for Teresa is down to 2 bidding parties
    1) Adani
    2) Mitsui

Adani is very very keen and wants it for economies of scale
Mitsui see an uptick in demand in japan for coal

PB will award to the buyer that provides the biggest revenue stream and would prefer Mitsui so as not to have all eggs in one basket.
Adani is offering the highest one off payment but like all from the sub continent riddled with conditions.
Market price action confirms my belief that the announcement of the sale is VERY close.
If you've been a holder for a while do not lose heart and sell your shares off prior to the weekend.
    Till then.
