Laguna, in fairness, PB hasn't stated that they are NOT selling it, just that they are not selling it for less than a advantageous amount. The article also stated that LINC are still talking to the potential buyer. If the potential buyer comes to the party then we may still have a sale.
The article quote is basically putting the market on notice that LNC are not selling it for a song. After 4 years and a number of cheap offers, investors pretty much knew that was/is the case. This just confirms that there has been no change in LNC's position regarding Teresa.
Personally I consider Teresa as a 'Jackpot bonus', if it sells, well terrific, if it doesn't, it's still there for another day. This is all providing that LNC and GCL sign a deal of course.
