youre right skater xiwen have the funds but are not going to pay $5 a kilo for apples when its only worth $1 linc need the cash to advance their project xiwen imo was prepared to pay for theresa when oil prices were above $100 barrel so the could use the technology in there own backyard, no one in there right mind is going to buy theresa at that price so id say a share placement is on the cards down the track
