Term Sheet Update

I know the waiting is frustrating (especially for those of you who have had an interest in Silex through the ups and downs) but it must be such an incredibly complex process bringing a new, possibly international, large scale partner on board in such a highly regulated industry. The political sensitivity around nuclear deals between nations, the secrecy around the actual S.I.L.E.X process, local and state based anti-nuclear sentiment..... the list would be immense.

On the positive side, the delay has allowed every SLX believer with the slightest hint of optimism to buy in at basement prices or average down.

Even if the sale is not fully signed off yet due to external factors, lets look forward to a positive announcement in the very near future. The technology is awesome and proven and is an example of Australian progress not being as appreciated in Australia to the extent it should be. Lets hope the coming months are a victory for the true believers in an ambitious Aussie company.
