The other bit I forgot to add, is all the debt is transferred over to Necsel. So no excuses now ARR for not pulling one's finger out and producing a fat bottom line. In fact doing so is an incentive to buy back the more than 50% of Necsel in the second trance with whatever money made (hopefully). A win win opportunity.
