Yep, good explanation rev.

The cost of debt is lower then equity if the sp is expected to increase dramatically over time as many believe.

I think it will remain only a term sheet until sales agreement is signed, as the lenders will wait for more certainty of repayment.

So like us all, the wait for sales agreements continue.... can't be too long away ;)
