I am sure you need specifics date time how the injury occured who you told, doctor`s appraisal, X rays etc just saying your back is stuffed won`t cut it
I suggest you write it all down
The order should be: report the injury to supervisor go to doctor get legal advice
Keep in mind you may never be employable again with this history and there is a bad stigma atached to compo claims
You could always write a book about your esperiences you certainly have no problem filling HC with stuff LOL
