Was amazed to see on TV last week some woman who was on a disability pension was crying foul because she had bought 2 blocks of land at 300,000 a piece and was planning to build on them to sell. Now the market's turned she's been caught out. "The bank doesn't want to know me and the builders don't want to know me" she whined.

WTF ? - This woman is on a disability pension and somehow managed to secure funding for her million dollar venture into property development !

Any wonder the global economy is in deep shite.
