We just might have a slim chance of winning the challenge for 3 reasons:
1- Management must have asked for good advice from reliable local contacts, aside from its own interpretation of the legalities of the contract;
2- We have influential contacts in Tanzania; and
3- In the absence of any announcement of an award, the door is still open.
