termination of k myers

June 18th Announcement

According to that announcement Karl Myers had advised the Board his intentions to retire from the boardroom level to be able to spend more time in the fields looking for other Uranium deposits.

I appeared to be an amicable arrangement.

The Board wished to thank him for his services as a Director.

What has changed??

At the beginning of November we were forced to terminate the services of our former Director Mr Karl Meyers. Mr Meyers has subsequently instigated a legal action against the Company.
The Board has engaed United States counsel and is of the view that the claim is without merit and will be vigorously defended.

Perhaps Mr Meyers was not that happy with the proposed merger.
