Not quite familiar with terms of Rolling Bonds
but from the name I assume we cannot put this off for a month or two & continue when sp recovers ?
" The bond subscription agree't will terminate if either party so decideds if no request for subscription or converstion of a bond occurs w/in a 45 day working period.
