    I think Mgmt may want to consider termination of rolling bonds or alternate funding arrangement.

    Not sure when they come out, but with sp as it is now we might get pulled down to 8c or less when bonds are converted

    Its not as if the Co is raising multi-millions each mth using this arrangement, but I believe in the short-term its destroying sh value & not helping CTPOA one bit.
