Just thinking out loud here but does this suggest that the DFS is coming very soon....why else would they agree to terminate this agreement at this stage.
too much risk to Nucore having to pay the floor price based on the average price after the DFS is released.
Interesting times....is this good or bad...hmmmmmmmm
