I'm staggered that there hasn't been more pushback on this.
What this resolution does is to allow the board to determine their own exit package if a director decides to resign. NO constraints
so if Jupiter turns out to be uneconomic and directors decide to go shareholders can be taken to the cleaners once again
worse than AR!!
