I will be voting NO.
It beggars belief that they would do this in the middle of raise and before they've actually achieved anything.
They obviously haven't read the room and how pissed off shareholders are with what has transpired over the last 10 years or so.
They have kicked no major goals yet. Our price is at 1.8c and they want to reward themselves already.
Unfortunately I was prepared to give them a chance but they've now lost me.
Pathetic.
