So the SAG were wrong along - right !! - breaches aroundMelior's debt covenants?  - oh really,  what a surprise.. It was the Melior board who terminated the agreement due to Metallica's failure to performcertain covenants and obligation according the Melior announcement.

Now the MLM spin is that Melior failed toperform certain covenants and obligation, just like Melior claim, the result, a legal confrontation that will waste more ofshareholders money, to what end.

A board is appointed to look after the interest of the shareholders and givethe company direction and hold course.

That was not followed here and the termination seems to be proof.

Let us look

It was the MLM board who agreed and promoted the merger as atransformational and exciting new phase for the company.

They are now pointing the finger to Melior for blame and arewhiter than Snow White, take some responsibility for this fiasco, you had anactive part, you said yes.

For the shareholders, let's get rid of the remaining dwarfsand vote them out and get some fresh blood and direction.
