None of them are stupid enough to take the top job now.
They know whoever faces the electorate at the next polling day is going down in the history books as presiding over the worst loss the ALP will ever suffer.
May as well hunker down, collect the cheques and see if you can scrape through past the next election.
If any of them are left they may make a tilt for the job then.
