While I understand that WEG might be required to fulfil their own conditions, this should not have affected the trading status of PLV. This is what has confused me - the suspension extending to almost a month. I always thought the delay was for PLV to fulfil its own condition/obligations. Historically on the ASX, can anyone recall any suspensions of this length which was initiated with a positive agenda. That is is the reason for going into the suspension was positive? Usually it is negative although positive outcomes could eventuate as seen by PLV's last suspension. I would have thought that it would need to be a compelling reason to go into voluntary suspension on ASX - or am i wrong with this assumption?
