This is the Tianjin International Joint Academy of Biotechnology and Medicine backed by the government.
They are not going to jeopardise future partnerships with major international players in the West by stealing IP from their partners for a quick buck. The International Academy was designed for long-term biotech development.
They want to promote growth. They will play by the rules.
