    Hmmm, well tell (that rhymes) that seems to indicate that the loan may go ahead with the approval of the existing unsecured noteholders only? it doesn't say that it is dependant on a vote by all shareholders to approve the equity in metalstorm, strange how this document is worded if that is the case?
