I have just been looking at this company. From my understanding, an Announcement on the 13/4/06 was made to acquire a coal technology that turns poor quality coal into more productive coal in an environmentally frinedly way. It has also secured several contracts internationally where it receives royalities from mine production. According to a report, the technology has been valued at $70m, and comparable to a company on the NASDAQ with a share price of $20 US, and a market cap of $US2 Billion.
At a current share price of $1 it could look like good value?
With only $3 million of assests (pre acquisition), and very few shares on offer, this merger could make this stock a very interesting one to watch in the coming months...Any thoughts?
