Cash positive. Which is better than nothing but its a long way from profitable. I know you aren't a fan of non-cash reporting of profit (ie. depreciation) and whilst its not the be all and end all, it identifies the merits of decisions made in the past. Ie. can't make a profit (including depreciation) then the decision to invest in that project was the wrong one, as the long term impact on equity is a negative one. The cash that was paid to develop an asset will not be earnt back through operating it.
