It is a straw man argument stating Wal King has turned the TER company around.
He may well be be great leader like you say , but how does that make this deal great for current UNV shareholders ?

As an aside I do agree with most of your points and on Wal King , if he has moved the offices from Brisbane to the mine site that is a great sign and emulates what most ranchers do ,in that they also live where they work , and the Blair Athol mine is close to a friends family of mine who are ranchers , it is in its own right a supposedly great area to live
