Dear UNV holders please ignore all the unwanted noise coming from the unofficial TER publicity machine. These posters are so keen to grab our hard earnt, well managed and very profitable company that they are making it their full time jobs to convince us we are getting a good offer. RUBBISH!!!!! the offer is way too low and does not take account of our current and future projects, least of all our Berenice coking coal (the jewel in UNVs crown) that we must be very close to getting mining licence approval for as the application was lodged nearly 2 years ago. JUST WAIT FOR THE IER as it must be due out very soon now to give us time to make an informed decision Remember it is not the bid committee that makes the final decision on 'fair and reasonable' offer it is still the board's decision and they carry with them very onerous responsibilities to act in our interests
