Can anyone tell me about the rules in Australia to take Listed Companies private? I know that TER Management have been talking to funders in Singapore and Hong Kong about privatising the company. The continual push down of the share price suggests to me the this is deliberate. Terracom will a "cash cow" for those doing this. Are there rules they need to follow?
