MNS will have no choice but to raise at a discount to whatever the going market price is at the time. At the moment it is at 38 cents with no sign of departing from the significant downtrend that has been running for nearly 2 years.
Given the strength of the downtrend, MNS will probably end up raising at a price lower than 38 cents, which is quite sad really given the companies' comments nearly 3 years ago that Nachu was shovel ready and now the implied admission that it is going nowhere (MNS announcing that it can source graphite from other markets without Nachu lol).
I'm not sure where you learned your business sense but it seems to be a bit off.
